What is Brownfields.com?
Brownfields.com is the business and community
portal for identifying, structuring, closing and supporting Brownfields
and Urban Redevelopment transactions on the Internet.
Brownfields.com launched its official website
at The Brownfields 2000 Conference. Brownfields.com is operated
by American Restoration Resources, Inc., a 501(c) 3 non-profit corporation
based in Fairfield, Connecticut. As such, all stakeholders interested
in Brownfields and Urban Redevelopment are given a meaningful platform.
As the Brownfields portal, we are a clearinghouse for information,
property listings, and supporting services. This is your site, so
we welcome your feedback, input, contribution and support.
Regarding Warranties and Liabilities
No Warranty
WE PROVIDE THE BROWNFIELDS.COM WEBSITE AND OUR SERVICES WITHOUT
ANY WARRANTY. WE UNEQUIVOCALLY REFUTE ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES. Some
states do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the
foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you. Legal rights vary from
state to state.
Limit of Liability
WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR ANY SPECIAL DAMAGES FROM
THIS AGREEMENT.
System Integrity
No device, software or routine may be used to meddle with proper
workings of Brownfields.com or any auction on the site. You may
not impose an unreasonably large load on our infrastructure. You
may not disclose or share your password to any third parties.
